Returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Physical Product:
Custom orders cannot be exchanged or refunded. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

If your physical product arrives damaged, we may issue refunds on a case-by-case basis. Contact us by e-mail (info@bigskycrafts.com) and we will discuss available options. If your refund is approved, we will process it and it will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
